English Muffin Bread
I love English muffins, but really - who doesn’t? Well, I decided to try making an English Muffin Bread and it turned out incredible! I use vanilla flavored Greek yogurt in this recipe because I didn’t have plain, but you can use either plain or vanilla flavored. I honestly don’t think it will make a lot of difference in the taste.
This bread is super good and fills your home with the most wonderful bread aroma. There’s nothing like homemade bread but I found this recipe to be even easier than some of my other homemade bread recipes. The dough came together nicely and was pretty easy to knead. Just make sure to give it the rising time it needs to double in size.
